Seriously! Spinach Veggie Cheesey Baked Dip

Prep Time: 5 min.

Cooking Time: 30 min.

Yields: 2 cups


  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup half and half cream
  • 1/2 Packet Awesome Dips Seriously! Spinach Veggie Gourmet Dip Mix
Directions: Blend together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, cream and dip mix. Fold in grated cheeses and dip mix. Bake in a greased shallow baking dish at 375 for 30 minutes or until edges are bubbly and golden. Serve warm with crackers or artisan bread. Can add spinach, crab meat, or shrimp.

Gnarly! Garlic Smashed Cauliflower

Prep Time: 10 min.

Cook Time: 20 min.


  • 1 head of Cauliflower (florets)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) low-fat Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
  • 1/2 packet Awesome Dips Gnarly! Garlic and Onion Mix
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Chives
Directions: Steam cauliflower in a steam or saucepan until tender, roughly 10 minutes. If using a saucepan, fill with roughly an inch of water. Place half the cauliflower and Oven Roasted Garlic in a food processor and blend on high until smooth. Add remaining cauliflower, Oven Roasted Garlic, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh chives.
